Rooted in historical inspiration, this fictional railroad explores a &#8220;what-if&#8221; scenario that blends realism with creative storytelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000;font-size:20px;line-height:1.1\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000;font-size:20px;line-height:1.1\">The concept originated during the COVID-19 pandemic as a personal project to reimagine the legacy of the Colorado &amp; Southern. It began with the creation of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/surrail.com\/\">Sur Rail<\/a><\/em>, a proto-freelanced leasing locomotive, and gradually expanded into a full-fledged railroad concept.
